Shipping & Postage

Orders are shipped from our distribution centre, which is located in Melbourne, the next working day after full payment is received and cleared.

Once items are shipped, we will advise you and provide a tracking number. 

We generally ship through Australia Post, we only use postage services that are trackable. 

Please note that we are not responsible for delays or missing parcels once they have been lodged with Australia Post, however if you are experiencing delays, please contact Australia Post or contact us for assistance.  We can lodge a ticket on your behalf.
