Shipping policy
Postage in Australia is with Australia Post for most items and locations.
We ship from Melbourne within 1 business day.
Express post is available for an additional cost, it can be selected during checkout.
Tracking number will be provided to you once the parcel is shipped.
Please note that we will post the items as quickly as possible, however we do not post on weekends of public holidays.
Once the parcel has been submitted to Australia Post, it is out of our control, we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the shipper.
If your parcel is taking too long or not moving in status, you can raise a query with Australia Post or we can raise a ticket for you.
